Are you Depressed?
Below are some questions for you to answer. Although this is not a substitute for talking with a mental health professional, you’ll get an idea of areas you might need to work on.
Have you ever felt down in the dumps, sad, or empty nearly every day?
Have you lost interest of pleasure in almost all of the activities you used to enjoy?
Has your appetite changed?
Are you experiencing sleeping difficulties—either sleeping too much or too little?
Do you feel uptight, restless, or edgy?
Do you feel tired and have low energy nearly every day?
Do you feel worthless and/or guilty?
Are you having trouble concentrating?
Do you have frequent thoughts of death and/or are you considering attempting suicide?
The more questions you answered “yes” and the longer you’ve been feeling this way, the more likely it is that you’re experiencing a clinical depression.
It’s not Your fault
If you're like most people with depression, you've probably tried so many tips and tricks to just “snap out of it”, and although some work for a bit, nothing works consistently. You then blame yourself for not working hard enough to get better, but the truth is, IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT.
The treatment I offer will put you in a place where YOU are in control of your depression instead of it controlling you.
You’ll enjoy a life free from the pain and suffering your depression has caused.
You’ll feel self-confident, happy, closer in your relationships, and excited to do the things you love to do!
